Delivery to the United Kingdom

Standard delivery is free. Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Delivery time

Standard delivery usually takes 7 to 12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed; they may be affected by carrier delays, weather or peak periods.

No extra charges on delivery

All prices include UK VAT. There are no customs duties or additional fees to pay when your parcel arrives.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched. If you have not received it within 3 business days of your order, contact us at contact@hairbrooks.com.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If your order has not yet shipped, contact us and we will correct it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us at contact@hairbrooks.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we send a replacement or issue a full refund.
